Im sure most of us internationals have multi zone players on our dvd's so pal or ntsc doesnt matter. If you dont have your machine chipped to play any zone it cost bugger all anyways.
I cant wait for the tree to be announced

Pal is the go for we aussies, but world zone dvd players render the whole argument null and void. I would not recommend getting a dvd player re-chipped/modified for world zone. Its just not worth it. I enquired about 6 months ago (here in Melbourne that is). Apart from virtually no one doing it anymore, the cost was going to be $100. Now, last month i bought a new el-cheapo unit from JB Hifi for $96. So now i have 2. The new one plays all zone and has some features my $800 unit does not. I have been enjoying the many benefits on my U.S. import of Day of the Dead. Not to mention Gimme Shelter. Man, i have been waiting ages to see that, and on dvd , its a stunner. I am really looking forward to this Seattle show too. Marko, you are 1 very cool guy. |
