But if people are going to say that a fan caused them to lose a game, that is just BS. You're going to tell me Prior gave up hits because of a fan? Are you going to tell me Gonzalez bobbled a grounder because of a fan? Are you going to tell me a Marlins utility player cleared the bases because of a fan? Fuck that.

If the outfielder makes the catch, which he was clearly about to do, Thats 2 outs and its different situation. So yeah he f-ed it up for all. And it was the guy with the blue cap that blocked the play. No others actually did it. |

And I can see how you mean "different situation". The thing is, they still could have gotten at least 3 runs if you look at how they did it all. Pudge got one, then you walk a guy, and Lee gets two in. So, maybe it's not 8 to 3, but still, you can't let one play bring you down..it means you didn't deserve the win to begin with. Teams must overcome these things if they want to win.

We just came in from that fiasco and I can't, in a million years, even start to describe how I feel.
It's an unwritten law in ANY ballpark for its fans NOT to interfere with the ball-in-play...ESPECIALLY if that ball is coming into 'your space' FROM THE OPPOSING TEAM. AND...I can't speak for other ball parks in the country, BUT, here at Wrigley whenever a ball goes into the stands, no matter if it's a foul ball or a homer...a TRUE Cubs fan will let it drop and throw it back onto the field! Why in the fuck would we want a 'momento' like THAT!???
If that dumb-witted, asswipe, doesn't-know-the-fucking-rules, probably is a cross-dressing White Sox fan, spoiler-of-the-fucking-universe, no good piece of shit wants a fucking baseball that fucking bad...I have 7 of the fucking things right here at home from Wrigley, autographed, that I would personally like to shove up his rotten fucking ass!

Amazing how surreal these series have been. The whole rivalry in the AL and the fight Saturday. The whole Cubs glory year shit upon by this guy. Even if they still win tonite, that guy will have a difficult time being forever known as THE worst fan ever!
