LIZZIE JAGGER: 'I HATE MODELLING'
Fashion queen JERRY HALL's daughter LIZZIE JAGGER gave up catwalk modelling because she hated the way it ravaged her body.
The 21-year-old beauty became sad and depressed during her glamorous career, and is determined never to return to fashion show work.
She says, "I was absolutely miserable by the end of it. I thought it would be really exciting and glamorous but it was awful. My feet bled all the time because they were constantly being rammed into new, tight shoes.
"My eyelids bled because I was having make-up removed and put on every few minutes and eyelashes put on and torn off."
And Jagger insists she is not the only model to struggle with the demands of the fashion business.
She adds, "Backstage it's hot, sweaty, smelly and all the girls are in the loos (toilets) all the time, not because they are being naughty and doing drugs, but because they are so stressed out they are completely constipated.
"I hated it. I decided afterwards never to do catwalk modelling again."

Aaaaaaawwwwww, isn't life difficult for little millionares. It must have been so hard living that life- being surrounded by the world's best musicians, everyone kissing your feet, visiting the most spectacular cities in the world, holidaying in Mustique, and getting fancy clothes. It must have been so rough. Stress or no stress, a bowl of prunes would have done the trick. |

Kudos to Lizzie! It must of been very difficult for her to walk away from her modelling career without any other means of gainful employment on the horizon.
that took guts.
but I'm sure after having survived in the rigourous trenchous of catwalk modelling that she is well prepared to take on almost any career now... insurance sales, copier repairs, construction, EMT, accounting, real estate....
hopefully she can get a job waiting tables to keep her afloat until she chooses her next career path. |

This must be from the same interview.
JAGGER'S DAUGHTER TRIED SMOKING TO STUNT GROWTH
Rocker SIR MICK JAGGER'S daughter LIZZIE took up smoking at 13 - because she hated the idea of growing as tall as her model mother JERRY HALL.
The precocious teenager, now aged 21, was told the nicotine in cigarettes would keep her short, and couldn't wait to take up the habit.
She says, "My biggest worry was that I would get as tall as my mum.
"She gave me a lecture about smoking, about how it stops you growing, so I started on cigarettes.
"I never got to be as tall as her."

Actually, if you really think about it, it probably is stressful! I mean, whereever she goes she is being photographed and followed around by the paparazzi!
Or worse! Psycho fans!
That must totally suck!
P.S. Sometimes, I feel sorry for the children of famous people. Celebrities made a concious decision when they chose their careers, but their offspring, they had no choice. The choice was made for them. So, yes, they inherit a lot of money and stuff, but they also pay a heavy price.
Just think not being able to walk the streets freely without anyone harrassing you. That is a freedom that most of us take for granted.

I feel sorry for those who don't court publicity and get hounded, but that is a very rare situation. Usually, the ones who stay away from the glare, don't get hounded. George Harrison's kid could be living up the London high life, but he isn't on the covers of tabloids at all. She made the choice, so she should live with it. Besides, even assuming what you say is true, it's still not that hard. Hard is struggling to make a living and having children to care for. A bunch of gorgeous looking models with constipation ranks very low in the spectrum of problems. |
