I'm working out to Buns Of Steel tonight!!! ROTFLOL!!!!!!!!!!
SERIOUSLY DYING!!!!!!!! :P    YES, I am talking about
that OLD eightieds aerobics video but it's low impact and
won't piss off my downstairs neighbor... LOL!!!!!!! :P
lol.. Unfortunatley, RNR Circus is
playing too far for me to fricking bother and I DETEST
Irvine!!! :P Fricking Nazi city... ICK!!! :P
I'm thinking about taking up yoga, actually, gypsy!!!
There are actually some free classes here for that
but I have to find out where that is again... I'll go if I
find it... ROCK ON!!! PEACE!!!

Is it the original Buns of Steel? With the instructor that looks like Chuck Norris? I have that! I know every word that he is going to say...I say them along to the video.
Such as:
"You have beautiful buns. Come on. You know it."
"Oooh. Buns of steel, abs of iron."
"Now for the tiny ones. Yeah, it hurts, you know it's working. It has to be working. Feels good, doesn't it?"
"Oooh, whose that lady with the buns of steel?"
"Come on. We're working that cheeseburger off...and those french fries."
"And now--the other side--come on, we don't want to be walking crooked."
Oh, I know that video all too well. The leg warmers, the terrycloth headbands, and all that damn spandex. I've had that video for 14 years. But it does work. |

Ha! Yes! And that Asian woman behind him starts laughing. In the beginning, during the warm-up, there's a FAT woman, and she's not keeping pace with the others...they don't show her much after the warm-up.
A good video is one by this lady name Meena Lessig. She is awesome. Her videos are so good at combining cardio and resistance. I have a huge collection of workout videos from when I used to travel...I'd do them in my hotel rooms or the corporate housing they would set me up in. One of the places had a NICE gym w/ a TV right there...and I loved that. But the last one they put me up in was a complete dive in downtown Tulsa (very ghetto), so I stayed in my apartment and did the videos.
Yes, Jane is a douche. All that damn plastic surgery she's had. I find her videos to be really lame. I do like the Cindy Crawford videos w/ Radu, the personal trainer. They're very effective. |

I think the Kathy Smith videos are the ones that really
helped me lose weight the most... She's extremely
motivating, also, but it must be easy to keep in shape with
a lot of money!!! GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!! FUCKERS!!! lol..........
:P lol..... Mick motivates me to
work-out 'cause he's just in the most perfect shape!!! lol..
:P But, then i get pissed 'cause i know he has
the money for trainers, etc.!!! lol....... I
AM really thinking about yoga, though!!!
Tonight I'm just gonna have to do the Jane Fonda floor
exercises and get up before work to do the Buns Of Steel
video... lol......... Oh, the things we do to keep in shape
(or in my case, to try to get back there again!!! UGH!!!
