I am not too familiar with web design and all that (despite having 2 IT degrees - yep, i have forgotten it all), but i go to several sites that have like a ranking system. You know, like a zombie site i go to. Newies are called "Fresh corpses", intil they hit say 50 posts, then they are "recently dead". 100 posts might be "rotting corpse" and so on.
I was wondering if its not too late to do something like that here? Say, a newie comes on, he/she could be a "Dandelion". Post 50 posts, and he/she could be a, oh i dunno, a "Midnight Rambler" or something. 200 posts gets you as a "groupie", 300 as a roadie, 500 as a suppport band, 750 as a side man - something like that.
When you get to 1000, you become a "band member" - or something like that. Just an idea.
This has no bearing on me coming up to 1,000 posts. lol. |

corgi37 we did it in the past when this feature was introduced by Novogate, at the very same moment Joey and Jb started the flooding to get the rating
The problem is that even with an expert system i.e. artificial intelligence we won't be able to rate quality, just quantity |
