sandrew I know there are some fans of the Crowes here ... this is priceless:

They're basically holding a garage sale. ... How far they've fallen. Chris Robinson was here in D.C. last week and drew fewer than 200 people.

Brother Rich ditched his short-lived band, Hookah Brown, and is now doing movie scores.

Man, the music business is tough sledding. Cheers to the Stones for getting rich off it. No one else seems to these days.

hoopcheck Where did Chris play last week in DC?

UGot2Rollme it's a shame they've broken up - I saw them on their last tour, and it was very good. Kate Hudson was in the audience. Chris should have no complaints (or financial need)

Factory Girl Chris Robinson played with his new band New Earth Mud at the State Theatre in Falls Church, VA on 10/8/03. Tix were $20.

Did anyone attend this show? Was It good?

I saw CR at the 9:30 Club a few years ago. He did not play any BC songs or Stones covers.

It is sad about the garage sale.

Mr T I saw New Earth Mud on the 10th opening for Gov't Mule - it was decent (Mule was fantastic)

it was better when Robinson sang Sometimes Salvation with Mule in their set later on though
