MarthaMyDear Introducing E2Go: ATM-Like Machine Delivers Music, Ring Tones, Photos at Retail Stores

Movies, Games, Tickets and Other Products and Services on the Way

BERLIN, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- You can't always get what you want, say the Rolling Stones. But a new ATM-like device called E2Go aims to change that for consumers worldwide. Unveiled today at Popkomm, an international music and
entertainment industry trade show being held in Berlin, E2Go is a new machine that delivers music, ring tones, photo printing and a growing list of other digital entertainment straight into customers' hands or cell phones at their
favorite retail stores.

Using a simple touch screen menu, customers can choose from a continuously updated catalog that includes songs and the latest cell phone ring tones.

E2Go downloads music on the spot and dispenses a CD within minutes. Ring tones can be instantly downloaded to cell phones. Customers can also upload and print their own digital photographs by plugging standard flash media or photo CD's into the machine. DVDs, games, tickets and other products and services
will soon be added.

E2Go accepts payment by cash, credit or debit card just like many vending machines. E2Go is the brainchild of New York City-based Digital Transaction Machines, Inc., a media and promotions company led by a trio of entertainment and technology veterans with a legacy of successful ventures in the music, communications and digital media industries.

"Bricks and mortar retailers can now have a wide variety of digital products on site for customers' instant gratification," explained Russell Kleinknecht, chairman and CEO of Digital Transaction Machines, Inc. "E2Go represents a brand new channel that will dramatically change where and how people purchase entertainment." The company will announce its first installation of E2Go machines with a worldwide in-store partner in early November, Kleinknecht said.

According to Kleinknecht, other digital products will soon be available on the E2Go digital transaction machine, or DTM platform, including movies on DVD, video programming, tickets, screensavers, software and other products.

Dick Wingate, president of content development and programming for Digital Transaction Machines, Inc. said, "E2Go opens an exciting new chapter at the intersection of digital content and mass commerce. Unlimited virtual inventory can now be purchased at high traffic locations in a manner that is easier and more fun than online. "

Jonathan First, chief operating officer of Digital Transaction Machines, Inc. noted, "E2Go is a breakthrough not only for consumers of digital content of all kinds, but for retailers, who now have the opportunity to redefine the in-store experience for customers."

About E2Go

Digital Transaction Machines, Inc. (DTM) designs, builds and manages digital media and entertainment delivery stations called E2Go. The E2Go machine employs high-speed networks and an easy-to-use touch screen to instantly dispense licensed content via CD's, DVD's, USB and wireless delivery.

E2Go stations are being deployed to targeted retail destinations, creating a unique one-to-one consumer marketing opportunity. Users select and purchase products in-store, right at the E2Go station, using cash or cashless payment methods or through integration with a retailer's point-of-sale system. In addition to music, ring tones and digital photo developing, E2Go will soon provide customers with in-store access to an array of products and services,
including financial services, ticketing, customer loyalty programs and instant premiums.
