Joey My sources at " Foggy Bottom " ( Seventh Floor of the State Department ) tell me that outgoing Chinese President Jiang Zemin WILL be attending the Rolling Stones concert in 2003 .

Hopefully the Stones can bring peace between China and Taiwan ---- now if only they could perform in IRAQ .
