Topic: RIPPING A DVD Return to archive
October 2nd, 2004 12:28 AM
Ursus*Horribilis This may have already been posted, but please bear with me as I am a new member. What hardware & software is best for ripping songs from a DVD to a CD you can enjoy in your ride? Also, describe how it is done.

Thanks,

Save The Bears

that is a start...

but i think this cat is asking about pulling the soundtrack and making an audio CD. to do that, you need to convert the .ac3 to WAV. there are programs to do that, but it can be complicated, too much so to detail it all here...

try the guides @ doom9.net. if that doesn't help you, try the doom9 forums - you will certainly find out everything you need to know there...

i hope this helps...
