Is the US MTV Sept 6th appearance on the Video Music Awards?? I ask, as that's really the only thing on MTV that day and it's live from NYC that night. An article in today's NY Post also mentions they'll be having some "surprise guests" |

Presuming you mean the storm in a teacup misunderstanding with a stoned DJ named Brandon Block, that was the Brit Awards (March 2000 - a kind of UK version of the Grammy's but tackier..) - wasnt the MTV Europe awards which are held around November and in a different location each year

Jagger should perform on the awards shows. Also maybe the stones could show up surprisingly too. |

>By why did he pick on poor lil old drunk Ronnie for???
the fact that Ronnie told him to "get off the fucking stage, you cunt" in front of 10,000 people and millions watching on TV might have had something to do with it
It was all a misunderstanding anyway - Brandon thought he was suposed to be on stage getting an award (he was plastered and was the victim of a prank from some of the people he was there with)and was a bit bewildered when he was escorted offstage accompanied by a few verbals by Ronnie... in the end ,they bumped into each other a few days later and had a good laugh about the whole thing,so it ended well..

If it is the award show on the 6th, please don't perform with nsync or britney or any of them. I couldn't take it. |

Will you have to buy tickets in the UK for the American shows? Is that what you are saying? |
