There are a lot of Blondie fans on this site....it takes courage to post as you do, especially with Blondie's new album racing up the charts! I admire your willingness to put your neck out there!

glencar His music on that album actually isn't that bad. Certainly better than whatever KISS last put out.

Gene Simmons has starred(i use the term loosely) in two too many reality shows in the last couple of years. Although, I did find the movie "Detroit Rock City" remotely entertaining.

glencar I think he's doing that series to help his kids get recording fame. His daughter has a pleasant enough voice but nothing outstanding. That Hulk Hogan's reality show is THE most boring Reality Show I've ever seen & I saw that Amish In The City show, the whole run of it!

glencar I'd have done it "accidently" on purpose...

I shall not attend any opening acts for the duration of the tour unless it is Alice Cooper.

monkey_man GC was there an opening act at RCMH??
5th October 2006 04:07 PM
glencar Yes, the B-52's who I quite liked. Yes, they added some political crap but musically, they did nicely.

Are you suggesting that the opening act has anything to do with the ultimate value of a trip to see the Stones? Absurd.

Absotutely NOT! Can't you let him stay in the room on his own. Isn't he old enough?

Bonnie Ratt good, but not an opener they need to fill in eide open west coast dates. The West Coast has never been strong Stones territorry...they hate the Stones.

Josh, You're not going to start bashing the Best Coast again, are you? That's what got us off on the wrong foot at Gasland during the Licks tour. We agree on the fact that Bonnie Raitt is good (particularly her stuff from the 70s).
