Soul Survivor is there a program out there that allows you to fade mp3's in and out?

stonesmik Try mp3DirectCut, it's freeware written by Martin Pesch. You can directly edit your mp3s and also change the volume including fade-in and fade-out.

stonesmik You gotta mark the section you want to fade. Then click the Gain button in the Edit section (bottom right). Now you can change the gain of the selection from relatively +/-48dB to +/-48dB.
