That's because Dutch is a pretty difficult language to pronounce, if you are German it isn't that hard.
I lived in Holland for 5 months and I still had a hard time with it the g's are said chhhh or something like that.

If you listen carefully, you can hear the recording change (the crowd gets a little louder, and Jagger says:

"Myjo bycz znuw w Polsce!"

Properly pronounced, it would sound like this:

"Meewo bitch znuuf w Polstse!"

Translated:

"It's good to be back in Poland."

This was the only the 2nd Rolling Stones concert in Poland, the first in 31 years. This is the only audio clip from Poland, none of the songs performed that night appear on the record.

LOL! You're totally right Gazza. The date that I wanna put is 03/29/98. The dates in my head were mixed. My work is killin' me!
For some reason I thought that recording was in that date.
Thank you for the info Gazza. I'll never forget your present that you sent me this year (VHS - MSG Show) You're the kind of people that is a pleasure to find it.
