Please forgive my ignorance, but after having searched high and low with nill results I reckon a helping hand is close here to these two questions of mine:

1) Where can I find artwork for the 2 DVD set "More Hot Rocks" (featuring an amazing 65 promo films, running time = 260 minutes, incl. the complete "Rewind" film)?

2) Was Bergen, Norway 2006 ever audio recorded or videoed? If so, where can I find it.

Any help is mucho appreciated!

As far as I know no audio/video has shown up from the Bergen 2006 show.
