Back for San Francisco now. Hope everyone really missed me. Had a really good time. Did all the usual things like visit Alcatraz, get a Greyhound to Reno and gambled, got drunk alot and got layed several dozen times. First night we found this really cool bar where a band was playing. After they had finished their set, i jokingly asked if i could have a go. Picked up the guitar, propped myself up on a stool and attemped to play Wild Horses. Managed about two chords before falling off the stool and banging my head. It WASN'T ALL maddness though. We did have a few quite night in! Well, two! The whole 21 drinking Law wasn't as much as a promblem as i thouhght it would be. I found that the smaller bars you went into didn't seem to care, where as if you go to North Beach on a Friday night, most bars won't evan let you in unless you have ID.
No seriously though, San Francisco is a really cool place. What i like most, was that everybody made such an effort to be friendly. This little bar where we went in on our first night there, kind of bacame our local. Wed go straight in and put Oasis on the jukebox. Just to let you Yanks know the English had arrived! HA HA!
I really didn't want to leave this morning, i loved it there, but its great to be home. Im missed a great Twickenham show too!

I returned last month from a visit to my sister in San Rafael. It was my first experience in San Francisco. I definitely want to relocate (from Pittsburgh) to the Bay Area.

Martha, I didn't find San Francisco that expensive. We spent a lot of money, but that was because we were eating out three times a day, taxi fares and all the drinking. You could do it cheaply though.
I'm finding things quite hard going back home. Im still really tierd and its so cold over here!
