||This is the "rest of the world" (ie Europe and Australasia) structure for the Fleet Center,Boston 3/9/02 CDR tree
The "Americas" part of the tree - taking in the USA,Canada, mexico and Argentina will hopefully be finalised and posted tomorrow
There will be 3 seeds for this tree, who will be supplying the branches with their copies - Maxmeister and Martha will be the seeds for the "Americas" part of the tree, and I will do the same for Europe and Australasia.
As I'll be meeting Maxmeister in New York on Wednesday, the plan is that we should have our copies of the show when we're there, courtesy of Cardinal Fang, who has kindly supplied us with the recording in question! He'll mail Martha's copy to her in the next few days
I have just listed the user names of each of the leaves in this tree - each branch wil be mailed separately by me with a list of screen names and e-mail addresses of each of their leaves.
If anyone signed up before 18th September from Europe or Australasia and doesnt see their screen name listed here, please contact me on email@example.com as soon as possible...sorry,but with the tree structure now underway, we cant accept any more late applications.

||Thanks Gazza. Can you give a brief review of the recording? Was it far and away better than the other contenders etc.?
||Like I said,I havent heard it yet and wont until I receive my copy in New York
Cardinal Fang seems happy enough with it,though!
||Me being greedy: do we have artwork for this too?
If somebody would be kind enough to do this, I'm sure we'd all be terribly greatful! I'm awful at designing covers, so...
||I will do a great art work for the jewel case and the CD as well (i.e. Avery or CD Stomper Pro) I'm awaiting for the track list from Cardinal Fang and will put the art on line
||So Gerardo, are the branches expected to print and cut your artwork for every copy before sending the cd out to the leaves?
Or do we (branches) send just the cd so that every leave can download and print the artwork for him/herself?
Because I don't have a printer you see. I can just burn the copies.
||all you do is send each other the discs, ideally without jewel cases to save postage costs
When its ready, the artwork will be available on this site for downloading
||Thanx Gazza (again...)
||Finally, here's the American part of the Boston Fleet tree
As with part 1 of the tree (see the post just below this thread for more info on that) I have listed here the screennames and e-mail addresses of each seed and each of the branches and the screennames of each leaf.
I will send an e-mail to each branch giving them the screennames and e-mail addreses of each of their leaves. They should then contact their leaves to exchange addresses and organise either a trade or a B&P. Each seed will do the same with each of their allocated branches
If you have registered for this tree, live in USA,Canada,Mexico or Argentina and DONT see your screenname here, please contact me immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org
To re-iterate, the 3 folks who are seeding this tree (myself, Martha and Maxmeister) should receive their discs in the next few days. Martha and Maxmeister are the seeds for the Americas, I am the seed for Europe and Australia.
Ideally we'll be able to get the discs to the branches as soon as possible (Maxmeister and I will be in new York this week and will probably get our discs then..failing that, when we return home)
Thanks to everyone who registered, especially those who offered to be seeds/branches. We had more branches than we needed and thankfully I was able to arrange it so that no-one was asked to burn more copies than what they offered.

Ahhh, had to get THAT out of me
||no offence - but Im trying to keep this thread kinda related to the topic of this CDR tree..can you keep the "fluff" out of it so that its easy for those who have signed up to follow it? Cheers, mate!
||I just group emailed all my branches with my address and other info.
If anyone did not receive it, let me know before I head on to NYC.

||Sorry guys, I've been off this site for awhile (changed offices, lost my favorites link). Is there any way I can still get in on the North America cdr trees as a leaf? BTW, I saw the Stones at Comiskey, but didn't bring my MD recorder or mikes (tickets said no recorders). How were people able to get stuff in and get decent recordings?
||I emailed all my leaves last night. Riffhard and Fujisaki, your emails came back to me undeliverable. Please post or PM your addresses to me. Riff, I know I will see you thursday, so we can exchange then if we don't hook up before.
||all the remaining seeds and branches have now been e-mailed with the details of those below them on their part of the tree
if anyone doesnt hear from their branch in a few days, please contact them in case your mail has bounced or something. The e-mail addresses of all branches and seeds are in this thread.
I'm off to bed....job done...
See ya's in New York!!
||I just sent an email to the leaves on my branch with my list of demands. If you did not reciev an email from me,and are on my branch email me and i'll get back to you.
I miss one leaf. Stefan the email address I got doesn't work. So Stefan from Switzerland, please contact me if you still want to be a leaf.
You get my email in this thread, posted by Gazza.
||Has it been determined about the price of shipping and handling?
||as youre in the same country, all you do is send your branch the cost of B&P either in $ or the equivalent in blanks. Usually one disc or thereabouts should be enough.
Of course, if youre doing a trade from your collection its a straight exchange - 2 discs for 2 discs.
