I bought the October issue of Mojo today. I opted for the Brian Jones front cover. Anyway the 20 page Stones section is okay. Nothing great, but the interview with the Stones is worth a read. In this montrhs "Collections" part of the mag it has what they consider to be the best Stones sites on the net. It plays compliments to IORR, Miss U's Brian Jones site and dad dad da, Rocks Off!
They say "Rocks Off has an excellent, easy to navigate home page at www.albec.net.mx/personales/rocksoff/index.htm, which has some lovely Stones paintings/caricatures in the Art Gallery. Do pay a visit to the teachings of Keithfucious"

You like my avatar Soul Survivor? Someone posted this picture on the Stonesdoug board a few months back. I had in fact seen the picture before on another website. I have a fantastic picture of Keith circa 1964 drinking a bottle of coke. Its on my desktop. Damn i wish i could find that website! Anyhow, know one was using this pic as an avater, so i thought id use it.

Shidoobeeland is by far one of the best places on the net, is a message board with more than 22,000 visits per day and more than 400 posts per day. We have received the setlists live as the shows go on from there, and much more.
For a boardaholic is a paradise!!
Of course with such a heavy traffic he may have some �brown noses� and nerds, but his work deserves a very special recognition. Sometimes the people use to express kind words for him, but IMHO that's does not necessarily mean kissing his ass.
BTW, which other places were mentioned? Maybe Shidoobeeland was mentioned, who knows? |

...most everyone has a "feeling", an inuition, if you will, about what board{s{ they happen to fit into. Just cause i find that board amusing, doesn't necessarily mean others do.

aww, gee. thanks you guys. i hate to be compared tho. there is something out there for everyone. they key is to find the spot that best fits your personality and needs. however, in my opinion, nothing beats getting your Rocks Off.  |

I like all 3 boards...I just can't post as much on Keno's b/c it's too slow...Shidoobee is great, but a group of his regulars are always seriously offended by me and complain to Doug...the poor guy has to listen to these cry babies and truthfully he is getting sick of the hassle I cause him..this board, however, has just the right mix of sarcasm, profanity, Stones, and other miscellaneous topics...
