Dunno whether the Mick story is real but there was a similar (and true) story in a book from the Virgin founder (forgot his name).
Keith was "doin" a black beauty in the writers big house on some beautiful island when her friend knocked at the door with a big gun. While he was opening and struggling with that guy he saw from the corner of his eye Keith and the girl naked runnin out in the garden and away.( Keith' white ass goin over the fences . .) Story went on, - both had to be rescued by some youth eventually.
One of those great Stones stories you'll find in books now and then when you don't expect them.
There's a nice collection of these favourite sagas of mine . .
