I used to have Indian food alot when I lived in Portugal and/or visited England. We don't have many good Indian restaurants where I live.

I like mild-medium curries. I don't like anything quite as mild as say, a Korma, because it's to sickly, but a plain Chicken sauce does nicely and I don't mind Madras in some places. I've found its temperature to be tolerable in some restaurants and in others, a little too spicy.

There is authentic Chinese food, and stuff made for westerners. My mainland Chinese friends laugh about the stuff made for americans and europeans. It's not really Chinese.
If the menu has several pages, and lots of weird shit - then it's probably authentic.
I was at one of my favorite Chinese places, and a cockroach ran across the table. We were like - fuck - now what? But we still keep going back.
I like spicy hot Indian food. Even my Indian boyfriend thinks I like it too hot. He said I am like his mother. She carries a bottle of tabasco sauce in her purse.
Thai food is good too. Lots of basil. Korean food sucks. Japanese food - na.
