Has anyone here ever gotten a response from Keith, Ronnie, or Micky after they wrote a fan letter?
*I have written to all five Rolling Stones, including Bill, but the only one that promptly responded was Charlie!
He sent me an 8 x10 autographed black and white photo! It was so cool when I got it in the mail! I literally screamed!
It has my name and everything! (Although, some one at RS.com, later told me that my name was probably added later by a secretary. Still, I got Charlie's autograph! )
*I didn't write to Mick Taylor, because I don't know his address.

I got an autographed black & white photo from Charlie about 8 years ago.
I'd met him in Amsterdam when they were staying there at the end of the VL tour in 1995 but even though I took a couple of photos I stupidly didnt get him to sign something.
So, I sent him a birthday card the following June to his home in Devon, put a little note in it apologising for any invasions of privacy, mentioned about not getting an autograph when meeting him the year before and asked if there was any chance of a signed photo. Got a 8' x 10' in the post from London about ten days later. Naturally, I have it framed.
I'll pass on the prospect of fucking Sir Stonesalot, before he asks. Nice bloke, just not my type (and its nothing to do with the facial hair)

I am now clean shaven...except for a very very small "soul patch" just under the lower lip. And that is only there because I kept nicking myself with the razor.
