That totaly depends. My Favorite is Goats Head Soup but I know it may not be as commercial or as strong as some of the others. I just like it because it is different.
Many Feel their masterpiece is Exile on Main Street, however I would not start out with that one.
Some Girls is a great Commercial album
Let it Bleed, Sticky fingers, and Beggars Banquet are all classic albums and you can take your pick from those.
Voodoo Lounge, Tattoo You, Aftermath, Undercover, Bridges to Babylon are all very strong albums as well.
There is no one set great album by the Stones. Their are many to select from with about 5 that are most often reffered to as their best.
If You are a begguiner I suggest
Some Girls first, Then maybe Sticky Fingers, Then Let it Bleed, Beggars next, then Voodoo Lounge, Tattoo You, Undercover, Bridges to Babylon, Then maybe Exile
