I find it very relieving to see kids y'alls age discovering the music of the Stones, and holding them in such high esteem, instead of hip-hopping along with the crowd to Usher & 50 cent, or whatever they're pushing as modern rock these days like creed and nickleback.
Maybe rock n rolls time isn't up just yet... |

I think they're the same person. But there might just be two idiots out there who think alike, and post a couple of minutes after the "other" one.
Blooze, don't know what posts you've been reading...but all I've read from these "two" is borderline porn on how "they" would like to have sex with Mick. Oh. I think there was one post asking everyone which Stones song was their favorite...and one of the teenyboppers couldn't even spell half the songs "she" chose. |

I'm going out on a limb here, but quite honestly I don't see much difference between these twos fascination with this bands members, compared to many older, more repected female posters around here, (ie. superblow threads)
Hasn't the cute factor always been one of the main appeals to their female fans ? Ever heard Mick speak of the tinies ?
How did you think of them when you first became a fan ?
For the record, it appears today one of them started a thread on Stones best record, and gorda started one on tacos, so see they're making progress |

good point. a lot of folks post sort of "suggestive" shall we say posts about mick and keef over the years. not just here but all the boards. talk about keef's "happy trail" and "mick's sock".
so i think that's a valid point.
the teenybopper angle is a little irritating, but not enough to bitch about it. i mean, we are bored, aren't we?

I don't think that I have ever posted on the board that I would like to "fuck" any of the Stones. I wouldn't put it so crudely...nor have I read anything on Superblow that is just out there and vulgar. It's kind of in jest. I could never imagine LadyJane or parmeda, et al posting anything that sounded crude.
However, we do post things in a joking manner, which is quite different from what these two idiots are doing.
As for what I first thought about the Stones--old men who make great music. They are all older than my dad...and that isn't appealing to me sexually. Sorry. Keith's wit is appealing. Mick is the most charismatic front man ever. I find his endurance whilst performing amazing! I respect Charlie's loyalty and devotion to Shirley. Ronnie is great because he is the funny one, the one who tries to keep the group together. But do I want to "FUCK" them? No. No. No. and No.
And Bill is just a disgusting fuckwit. Plus, kath would claw my eyes out if I touched him. ha!
