So, how do you know that Keith wears dentures?

I mean, are you sure?

I don't recall reading about Keith losing his teeth, now Anita, yes, she probably does wear dentures, but not Keith.

P.S. Age 60 is too young for dentures, most people in their 60's still have all their teeth.

Was he in some sort of bar room fight where he lost?

Keith doesn't wear dentures, he has false teeth implanted into his gum (or head).

He lost his teeth (or some of them anyway) because he was a naughty boy who never brushed his teeth (see 'heroin addiction').
