09-19-03 10:11 PM Fiji Joe Tonight, after a trip to the dollar store, from which I brought home an Ike and Tina Turner CD, I feel like Columbus... Yeah, I know this music is 40 years old and has always been there, but, for what ever reason I have always ignored these two...despite the fact I'm a big soul and blues fan...well for a buck, I gave em a try...WOW! I was so angry for having passed over this music so many times I kicked myself in the balls...what a ride! Fantastic music and if you're like me, and haven't really listened to it, do so now...or I'll come kick YOU in the balls You can really draw a link between this music and some of the stuff the Stones were doing in the 70's By the way, I also brought home a Ronnie Milsap CD from the dollar store...I am convinced that in addition to being blind, he was stone deaf...and quite possibly dumb too... 09-20-03 03:49 AM catwoman Which CD did you buy?
