Well,iīve been away,quite some time now,,2 weeks or 3?
After moving,i got my Pc finally back,but,sucked viruses again,so that was the 3rd week of fixing our Pc.But now i
have viruse protection program,very good one.It took a week
to learn to use it.
So ALL OF you HERE get a good protection.My Pc had some 40
viruses.All the files i had(my lists,pics etc...)had to be
destroyed.Even fucking windows itself had a virus!Yeah
spreaded all over manhattan!I had over 200post at my e-mail,
mostly shit like porn etc........
So far,this board donīt have lot of viruses,only if you
copy pictures(paste them from other boards),those have more
than enough of viruses.
Now iīm off tom finish my lasagne and building a train station!it has over 700!! plastic pieces,and it must be
decorated. |

Yes, those persons making viruses must be sentenced to death via the cruellest of tortures

I hear ya Marko.
While my wife was on the pc a few weeks ago, she got hit with what they call a Trojan Horse storm. One after another, Norton Internet Sercurity warned of them but my wife panicked and shut the pc off.
Bad move.
I lost everything on my C drive (Luckily I installed a D drive for my personal stuff).
But Windows itself was gone. Had to not only reinstall but BUY it. I had a copy from work but it wasn't bootable.
Anyway, keep your virus protection updated at least once a week.

Hello from rainy Chicago my Brother!
What I do to minimize viruses, pop up adds, and spam in your email just turn off your Java and Java Script on your computer. THATS IT! It stopped all those little pop up windows just as Mick stopped Ronnie's drinking for this tour! It's funny how AOL is selling a $100.00 program you have to INSTALL to get rid of Pop Up's.
I've been using a Public domain Yahoo email for several years and I've gotton spam just as many times Keith has sung Nearness Of You live.
Btw, Steve Jordan is no Charlie Watts...

Tony,viruses are ALL OVER internet!Even on stonesdoug board
and on iorr as well!What iīve noticed,pics has really lots
of them.While i was writing this,few worms tried to get in!
Now back to railroad,maxy i mail you later on,,,,i must
work on my lists first.(dammit!!) |

install this free programm on your pc;
www.bigfix.com
it tells you when updates/patches are available.
download, install, choose your version of windows and you are all set!
it's easy and very handy.
if you have windows XP make sure you have 'auomatic update' switched on as well.

linux would be an improvement too.
I've heard the japaneese .. (or the chineese - don't recall) are tired of bill gates screwing up all the time. so they're buildin' an own operating system. sounds good ay? |

It's the Chinese.
But they are having a big problem with delivery as the operating systems (Moo Goo Gai Ram 3.1) are packaged in Bamboo and the Panda Bear workers keep eating them.

This is just FYI, as I told you before at least twice, the wetpage is located under a secure Unix system working under the most secure platform, no hackers, no viruses and there's more... no SPAMMERS as soon as we detect them they're banned FOREVER, no second chances anymore
