Any guitar toting musos coming along? We could have a Stonesian jam session on the terrasse if the weather is nice.
I'm sure we will have a plethora of drunken singers in the house....... I was thinking of busking outside the O2, to replenish the "party" coffers. Let me know if bringing my gittar is wise ??
13th August 2007 07:21 AM
SessionsMartin. And a last update to the website to reflect other activities surrounding the finale to the Euro tour.

andrestones10 The three concerts? sold out?
14th August 2007 12:35 PM
Gazza With ticketmaster and rs.com anything's possible.

today's ruse involved putting some extra tickets on sale for the 23rd of August, with the $100 platinum membership fee added on.

Turns out the same tickets were also available WITHOUT the membership fee.

Thieving bastards.

Honky Tonk Man For those attending the 02 shows that have this bizarre love of Amy Winehouse, the pub attached to this link is apparently where you'll find her when she’s supposed to be performing on stage. According to the tabloids anyway.

angee hey, glen--
i will be at Tim Ries Aug. 22nd...along with a few more fans.

jocar, sorry, I have to see for myself if they suck or not. i imagine they are
a bit more jazz-based then the Stones. i hear bernard is not too shabby a
vocalist. (btw, love your outfit and hair in meggie's triplet photo.)

cheerio, all!
hope to see many of you soon.
14th August 2007 03:09 PM
glen759 Angee,

I might be there it all depends on whether I can get a ticket on Tuesday when I arrive in London.

Meet up with you on Tuesday evening at the Pilot to let you know.

I'm going to see HOGG, that's Ronnie's Sons band. I think its called the EEl Pie Club near Twickers. A friend who saw Lwah Wood's band said Ronnie was in the audience. So maybe he'll show for this gig too. And its cheap, only 8#.
15th August 2007 07:35 AM
glen759 only problem with Twickers is that it is so far out of central London.

The Pilot Inn sounds good to me, but after reading threads on how many are going to London from IORR, RocksOff and Shidoobee I'm having doubts that it's big enough. Remember it's very close to the venue and Stones net forum users will certainly not be the only ones who will go there. They probably have a limit on how many people is allowed in there.

Hmm, the Vikings seems to be left out of the equation...Think we´ll have to let our presence be one of the more memorable ones, so you won´t forget again..

left out of the equation by a fellow Viking, too

You'll all have to make up for this oversight with a serious amount of rape and pillaging....
