The very reason why it should remain a legal activity.
Here in the PROM (peoples republic of Massachusetts)
it is illegal at 1. over cost. Rarely enforced, it is
usually left to the venue to hover over ebay & such sites, determining if they want to disqualify the ticket at the turnstyle. The greater issue, IMHO, is to let the marketplace decide. If we live in a free society, then let the wallet talk. Some events, the ticket is the most precious commodity, others, as you have astutely noted, the sky is crying. The brokers are leaving the women & children behind whilst the Titanic sinks. Very similar to the real estate market, depending upon the show..Wonder how The Kid From Brooklyn will handle Giants next week...
Have a safe trip today........The rain has stopped, it's about 60, going to 70.. |

Thank you, my dear
As you know, a post can only be edited by the poster or admin. So if you want to open the thread sometime later this evening, I'll sticky it and you can then edit and update the first post as the show progresses.
I shall of course be counting sheep by that stage. As always. |
