stonesmik I read the 1981/82 tour was the one where Mick Jagger was physically on top. Now I wonder what distances he ran during each of these concerts.

Does anyone know?

hotlicks Think i read somewhere that's about six miles......i know before the tour he runs approx 6 miles per day plus weight training, being a bit of a runner myself i think 6-8 miles sounds abour right.

no night together And food choice makes a big difference too, he recently said he learnt how do enjoy food and have results off it.
mick often consults trainer, digs into other sports coaches and techiques, often cricketers or track and fielders.

Jair In a interview to a Brazilian TV, he said recently that he dances alot with a dance teacher to keep the good shape and also to trainning new movements.
