Topic: Stew in R&R Hall of Fame? Return to archive
September 15th, 2004 09:13 AM
gimmekeef Just heard this years list of nominees for the hall. Not going to comment on merit of them but was thinking.Shouldnt Ian Stewart be in there?.His contribution to early Stones alone is huge. After his passing is when we have seen a major decline in output and some would say quality too.Is there a way to perhaps get this brought forward for consideration?..Thoughts?? (or did the Stones include him when they went in???)

beer Mick thanked Stew and Brian during his speech. Watch 25x5. I guess, officially, Jagger
Richards, Wyman,Wood, Watts, Jones and Taylor were inducted.

Emotional Rescue? (1978-80)
Dirty Work? (1985)

He was alive on that time...
