The discs 1-5 (Fort Worth, Houston, Philadelphia) are often called
"the demos for the unreleased 1972 live LP". But only 5 of the 10 songs from
the acetate are represented here - namely

You Can't Always Get What You Want disc 3, track 3
Sweet Virginia disc 5, track 2
Bitch disc 4, track 3
Tumbling Dice disc 4, track 6
Gimme Shelter disc 4, track 5

the other portion (All Down The Line, Happy, Rip This Joint, Uptight, Satisfaction)
is not included in this disc-set.

Maybe I will torrent the whole "Live LP" one day but the quality
is more like Low-Fi and I will do that on request only.

I had to remove 3 tracks - 2 of them were partially released on the recent
"Dick Cavett"-DVD and one is an official studio-track with live-vocals on it.

Other parts of this Box-set were used in the "Ladies & Gentlemen"- concert-movie
which was never released in legal form (not on VHS, not on LaserDisc and not on DVD).
Some people claims that there's an Oz-VHS-release of the movie but this is
as legal as any Russian counterfeit.

A few songs (mainly on Disc 7) are from audience recordings, the biggest part comes
from the board - the quality is NOT perfect (even for the soundboar parts) but I would
be very surprised if we ever get a perfect version of this recordings. So keep in mind
that it was 1972 and that the tapes that once started to circulate amongst collectors
were a few generations away from the master. If you have a better version please seed it:-)
But I bet you won't get a better version of the recordings which represents maybe the best
R'n'R tour ever....

Last but not least - Rattlesnake had a mastering-problem and disc 7 was replaced month after
the initial release because of the heavy digital noise of the 1st edition. Of course I've
used the 2nd edition of disc 7 for this torrent!

Again, enjoy - it's worth the download.
