Topic: Dylan Thomas movie produced by Mick! Return to archive

FotiniD From Contactmusic.com and reproduced on Shidoobee:

-----------------------------------------------------------
KATE WINSLET is set to play poet DYLAN THOMAS's wife CAITLIN in a long-delayed film about the Welsh writer's turbulent life.

The British actress, 28, will appear in the MICK JAGGER-produced movie MAP OF LOVE, in which she will portray the flamboyant, alcoholic spouse.

The role of the UNDER MILK WOOD writer has yet-to-be-decided after first choice DOUGRAY SCOTT pulled out of the production claiming he had "lost trust" in the project following two years of financial difficulties."
-----------------------------------------------------------

It's not even on imdb.com yet, so I guess it's still at a very early stage.

After watching "Being Mick" I doubted he'd love to work with Winslet again

I won't even get to thinking of whether this will disturb Stones plans etc. I don't think it will anyway.

P.S. I may be wrong, but in case of "financial difficulties", isn't it the producer's responsibility?! Time for a new tour Mick baby!
