09-09-03 03:19 PM voodoopug Hey All! Now that Timmy has taken the bar and Phil has taken the plunge! (congrats on the wedding phil!), The Voodoo Pugs are back at Weeds located at 1555 N Dayton in Chicago just off of North Avenue. The show is September 27, saturday night! We have more gigs scheduled later in the year at this venue and really need your support to show them that we can pack the place. Bring your friends, parents, seeing eye dogs, brothers, sisters, children, uncles, aunts, and anyone else who is ready to hear some classic rock! We will perform our stones tribute show as usual, with many new songs, but we will also play a set of just standard classic rock such as Jimi Hendrix, Neil Young, Van Morrison, Tom Petty, Muddy Waters, Skynyrd, Romantics, etc. The Show Starts at 9:30 and this bar is notorious for having great beer prices and plenty of free parking.....and remember, Saturday the 25th is also Ladies Night at Weeds! Come help Karen and John celebrate their 2nd wedding anniversary and personally congradulate Phil on his recent marraige and Rob's near ejection from the ceremony. Tim is currently in England to see the stones and is going to pick up a few more Keith Richards moves to add to his repitoir. YOu wont want to miss this show!
