NO joke LJ....we argued against a return tour, particularly stadiums. We are officially a "has been" as of now.

Dan This is hilarious! Looking forward to a Dodger Stadium repricing. This is about a few bucks over and above what your average stadium show is worth.

You are wrong. "Has beens" can get at least fifty bucks a ticket.

jb Any real fan (and very few here), must be feeling sick in their stomachs now...the bloom is off the rose, and we are a obsolete, irtrelevant, and out of touch band. While I predicted this, it still hurts like hell.
7th September 2006 02:29 PM
Saint Sway THIS IS AWESOME! Serves the greedy, out of touch bastards right!

has the fire sale started yet for Giants???

I'd make the trip out to NJ to see the 2006 Karaoke Stones for a $12 ticket in the 100 sections

If you love this band, one cannot be happy a out this. What a opainful and rapid decline since last year. I saw this coming years ago, but the reality has hit me like a blow to the face. I am extremely sad to see our band viwed as a joke.

its all their fault JB. This all their own doing.

They took advantage of us die hard fans for years. Raped us. Bled us. So I'll mock them now all I want and laugh all the way to Will Call to pick up my $12 ticket!

I don't think joke is the right word. Weird Al can get forty bucks a ticket.

Wierd Al has cult status in several markets.

I am really disgusted to see the fire sale beginning, although I clearly seen it coming...the reality of it is quite painful. I am having severe dificulty holding down my afternoon Green Tea!!!

It upper decks, but not the very top...an incredible value...really sad.
7th September 2006 03:29 PM
Saint Sway My only wish is that this had happened 12 years ago and that the Stones were still touring but could no longer afford the silly elephantitus stages and silly glitter jackets and all those useless xtra stage musicians.
7th September 2006 03:30 PM
Nellcote JB, speaking of how bad a city is, what is the date of the Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville shows?
Why, you've got a whole state of God's Waiting Room loser folks there, buddy!
