Colon cancer, if detected early , is often curable. Regrettably, many men avoid seeing their gastro/urologist who with a simple test, could very well detect early signs of colon/prostate cancer. From a fecal occult swag, to a rectal exam, all it takes is a little preventive maintenance.
Pancreatic cancer, on the other hand, is almost alwasy terminal and progresses quite rapidly. Sadly, the guy who played the bass for the cars died rather quickly from this....also, stomach cancer is really awful...very quick demise...terrible!!!
