Gazza Both acts also appeared on the same bill at the NME Pollwinners Concert at Empire pool.Wembley (now Wembley Arena)on 26.4.64,11.4.65 and 1.5.66

Although this show was regularly televised, neither act allowed their performance to be filmed for broadcast in the 1966 special, mainly due to contractual wrangles with ABC Television (the now defunct ITV channel that is,not the US network of the same name)

the 1966 show also happened to be The Beatles' last ever public performance in the UK (not countin' the Apple studios rooftop gig in 69 of course..)

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board.
The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
