RollingstonesUSA KASABIAN ATTACK 'MIDGET' TIMBERLAKE

KASABIAN

British rockers KASABIAN have launched a blistering tirade against JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, branding the heart-throb a "midget" and a "puppet". The astonishing attack comes as the EMPIRE four-piece are riding high in the UK charts with their number one album, and Timberlake is about to top the singles charts with his comeback track SEXYBACK. Lead singer Tom Meighan says, "He's a midget with whiskers who is just trying to be black. He's a puppet in a million-dollar suit who's had his strings cut off. "It's just money music. Absolute rubbish. You can smell the money coming off it. He's a k**bhead." Bassist Chris Edwards adds, "Sexyback? More like hairy back. It's the worst title of any record I've ever heard!"

Ten Thousand Motels KASABIAN SLAM STONES

Guitar heroes KASABIAN insist THE ROLLING STONES are "granddads" and should be "drinking tea" instead of performing. The gritty British rockers, who supported the legendary rockers during the European leg of their A Bigger Bang world tour, met SIR MICK JAGGER and KEITH RICHARDS backstage And they were less than impressed by what they saw. Frontman TOM MEIGHAN says, "All I remember is Mick coming up and saying, 'I heard you had a storm, you f**ker.' And Keith said hello. "But it was weird because they are granddads. They should be drinking cups of tea in their armchairs."

MrPleasant JAGGER SLAMS HOLLYWOOD FOR DISCRIMINATING AGAINST GAYS

British actor MICK JAGGER has launched a bitter attack against Hollywood bosses for denying him romantic roles because he is gay. The BEING MICK star, 77, compares himself to leading man JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, and believes the MTV star has enjoyed more success than him simply because he is heterosexual. Jagger says, "Without doubt gays are discriminated against in show business. The straight one gets to walk down a red carpet with a beautiful girl and everything works out and the gay one has to back-pedal and do independent movies. Yet everything Justin Timberlake does, I could be in." The star insists he could never feign a heterosexual relationships in a bid to get ahead: "It is a trophy job. You need a lot of energy to have a trophy girlfriend. I take my hat off to anyone who has one."

(AP) Jackie Chan disrupted a concert by Taiwanese singer-songwriter Jonathan Lee and exchanged insults with the audience, a news report said Tuesday.

Ming Pao Daily News quoted the 52-year-old action star as saying onstage that he was drunk.

Chan suddenly jumped on the stage Monday night and demanded a duet with Lee. He then tried to conduct the band but stopped and restarted the music several times, the newspaper reported.

As the awkward interruption dragged on, audience members started to heckle Chan, who replied with an insult, according to the report.

A spokesman for Chan, Solon So, said he hadn't seen Chan since the alleged incident and had no immediate comment. He said he didn't attend the concert.

Concert organizers didn't immediately return a call seeking comment.

Chan, whose Hollywood credits include the "Rush Hour" series and "The Tuxedo," was an invited performing guest at Lee's show on Sunday night.
