Riffhard Atlanta is due another Fox show. Last time was 81 and they love that theater. In fact Keith kicked off his first ever solo tour there and has always spoken highly of it. It is WAY nicer than the Beacon in NYC! WAY NICER, and with better accoustics. I'll be happy for another run at MSG!!! I smell {{{{{SOTC Part Duex}}}}}!!!

Great news, if not surprising.
And while that cake may look too good to eat, the young lady with it looks precisely good enough.

If it is true that Stones camp does read these boards...we need a serious effort in promoting Licks-theatresque sets. After that tour, ABB really wasn't up to snuff.

they just finished a 2 year Tour.

They havent. Theyve just finished a 3 month tour after a 6 month break. 30 shows in 3 months is hardly a pace that will kill anyone.

For the benefit of Euro fans who are feeling a bit left out at all this talk about next year, a little birdie is telling me we shouldnt be too disheartened.

It's expected that the promotional shows around the release of 'Shine A Light' will indeed include some gigs in Europe.

If it comes off, remember where you heard it first.

Here is my ' gut feeling ' as to which arenas in the United States are virtually a lock for a Rolling Stones gig next summer :

New York -- MSG
Chicago -- United Center
L. A. -- Staples
Minneapolis - Xcel Baby
Omaha -- Qwest Center
Des Moines - Wells Fargo Center
K.C. -- Sprint Center
Dallas -- American airlines
Denver -- Pepsi Center
San Antonio - A T & T Center

Developing ..........................

Umm,you forgot to add Oakland and or San Jose. Not developing, but fact. Many a duckett to be made here in the bay area and they NEVER skip this region EVER.
30th August 2007 02:34 AM
Dan I am hoping for Home Depot Center in Carson or the Hollywood Bowl - because both venue have great spots where you can hear from outside.
