Thats the worst setlist in more than 20 years.
I was kinda hoping after reading the reahearsal lists, even made my peace with the Greatest Hits CD, I LIKE Dont Stop meanwhile, I was even thrilled by oldfans recordings...BUT THIS SETLIST IS REAL BULLSHIT AND I`M ONCE AGAIN DISAPPOINTED.
What do all of you do when this turns out to be the arena setlist after all? |

Well, I don't know Sergei, but for some reason he says that is the set-list for the Thursday show at Gillette Stadium (Look at the start of the thread, it says "Thursday" in it).
I'm gonna believe everything when I see it tomorrow in the late night hours or on Wednesday morning. Maybe Sergei is just confident that he will win something if he proves that he knows the set-list. Hell, I don't know, I'm not calling him a liar. I just don't take any of it seriously. |

I don't know Sergei either but I can tell you this much: I was at Gillette for the rehearsal last night and the set list that is posted is exactly what we heard last night. Others were there the previous night and same thing. I'd say that's pretty good evidence that this IS the set-list for the stadium show. |

Was it Segei or Mathjis who was swearing up and down that Ronnie was so screwed up he wouldn't make the tour, blah, blah, blah? Me thinks it was Mathjis but I'm still calling bullshit. I'm willing to wager Rock and Hard Place doesn't show up on this tour at all...replace that w/ CYHMK and we got a gig, even in stadiums.
I completely understand that the Stones have to play the old stand-bys. Hell, I even want to hear em' Although I could do w/out Satisfaction, especially as the encore.
99.9% of Stones fans aren't nearly as over-analytical and hardcore as the members of this board and will not see fault with a greatest hits set list. They'll simply enjoy the show. I suggest you do the same. |
