Mathijs So, out of the 120+ great rarities they have rehearsed, what do we get? Again a Hot Rocks show? Where's Can't YHMK, Heart of Stones, She Smiled Sweetly, Casino Boogie, Torn and Frayed? Who wants Rock & a hard Place?

But Miss You on the small stage? I would really doubt that since Jagger needs space for this track. Let's see what happens...

Jumacfly Thanks Sergeui, but as Mathjis said, I hope it wont be the real set list....what s the interest of rehearsing 130 songs to do another mamouth stadium hits selection???
hope for CYHMK, torn and frayed...and many of these obscure songs.....

Cheers

marko If this is the set list,,,i will pass houston trip as well!
I aint interested, this is dogshit in the doorway.I could
collect this show from older boots.

marclaff Sergei, your set-list is right but not for tomorrow, it's the one for thursday (stadium show).
On the B-stage, there must be a confusion, it's Little red rooster instead Sweet little R&R.
Other possibility, 3 songs from Some girls i.e Miss you, Respectable and Whip comes down or Shattered.
I really hope the set-list for tomorrow will be different except if the Stones decided to "assure" the first two shows while the world press will be present.
Hoping the risks will come later.
Imagine this set-list for 100 concerts, a real nightmare for me.

shakedhandswithkeith this would be not my concert - i don`t like these setlist!!
09-02-02 10:00 AM
T&A Thursday night setlist for sure - not Tuesday night.

I love this B-stage, though, if it's true. Alhough, like folks said - last night they did LRR as the #2 slot...makes more sense and is more in keeping with the NS tour idea - blues song in that slot. I really do hope they pull out Sweet Little Rock'n'Roller at some point. Would be very interesting to see if they give Ronnie a chance to play some lead on this one - it was one of his signature tunes with the Faces. Killer version of this can be found on the DVD from London '74 when Keith comes and - he and Ronnie burn down the house with it.

Miss You on the small stage? Wow...that could seriously alter the arrangement - think Mick might blow some harp or something like that? They definitely would strip the song down, one would think.

tumblingdice I hope this is not true. My only show will be at a stadium and although I will love hearing them no matter what is played I still want some of the songs rehearsed like Heart of Stone and CYHMK. Please don't fuck us over just because we are at a stadium. Some of us are far enough away to not be able to choose the show we get, just pick the closest one and bought a ticket.

TheSavageYoungXyzzy This looks a *lot* like the Stadium setlist.

So fear not, arenists! Our day is... *gasp* tomorrow!

Maxlugar This is definately the stadium setlist.

Sergei knows all.

It is best not to question him.

So far he hasn't been wrong.

When he starts firing blanks, we'll treat him with a little more caution.

But the manner in which it's written (rotating songs, short B-Stage jaunt, etc.) leads me to belive that this is indeed the setlist for Gillette Stadium.

Soul Survivor HE just makes me feel like I'm missing out on something. Like he knows piss, and I know shit!

That may make no sence, but you get the idea
09-02-02 11:42 AM
T&A Piss, shit...what's the difference.

SERGEI - please post again and tell us you meant Thursday night, not tomorrow night. This will really PISS me off if they play it this safe at the arenas.

Soul Survivor I dont want them to open with "BS" (also; bULLsHIT )

They opened with in and '73 and I listen to lots of '73 boots so it gets kind of boring.

Put some more rarities in the set if that list is correct

Ok, if this is a true setlist, why are they not representing more albums.

We need:

Get off of my cloud
19th nervous breakdown
She's so cold
Out of COntrol
Love is Strong
Almost hear you sigh

wkoetke The only reason I doubt this is the real set list is that several songs on this list (look them up) weren't rehearsed, at least according to the various rehearsal lists published on the net recently. Doubtful that they would play a song in concert that hasn't been rehearsed.

This is also why it should have been obvious that the joke Toronto setlist someone originally posted was fake: they hadn't rehearsed several songs on the list.
09-02-02 12:58 PM
Nellcote However, you must realize, they have been practicing at the
Fleet Center Thursday 08/29, Friday 08/30, which we have not the details of those rehearsals. Further, some of the unrehearsed they could play in their sleep. I'm throwing in with Xyzzy, Sergei has not been wrong yet!
09-02-02 01:02 PM
CS All songs in that list were rehearsed except (probably) sweet little r&r as it is not reported, but remember that 130 songs were rehearsed in Toronto and we have a list of only 99 or so and that Boston rehearsals has some additional songs

midnightmagic After Keith sings they go to the B-stage will it be different this time or is this setlist bogus?

That was the way it worked during the last tours, Keith set first and the b-stage
09-02-02 04:03 PM
SERGEI Sorry guys, this is the stadium show. I was given the wrong information.
09-02-02 04:11 PM
VoodooChileInWOnderl Thanks again SERGEI! You rule!
09-02-02 04:15 PM
Moonisup Well, I knew it wouldn't be a club gig, I said this morning, now 12 hours ago that sergei is always right!!!
09-02-02 04:15 PM
midnightmagic It says after Keith sings comes sftd. Could this be right?
09-02-02 04:31 PM
VoodooChileInWOnderl Absolutely right, remember that the sequence used to be the Keith set, then one song and then the walk to the b-stage

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board. The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
