ANDREWS: 'LONDONERS ARE BOOZE ADDICTS'
Los Angeles based NAVEEN ANDREWS has branded all Londoners "alcoholics", and is relieved he has found a place which encourages clean living.
The former drink and drug addict ditched the British metropolis for Los Angeles in a desperate attempt to escape memories of his hard substance abuse, but although many natives of the British capital live healthy lives, Andrews is less than convinced.
He says, "In London everyone's an alcoholic but no one admits it.
"Out here it's perfectly acceptable to be clean, dare I say it, it's almost fashionable."

Well I certainly hope he never comes back. The beautiful city of London is too good for a cheap scumbag like that. How can he tar everybody with the same brush like that. It likes me saying that Iraq is full of terrorists.

There is a certain drinking culture in London. I certainly didn't drink nearly as much before I started working in the City. However, I would say his statement is utter noncence. London may have bad memories for him, but the majority who live and work there are fine. |

I saw much more alcohol abuse in Edinburgh. London's like NY. |
