You mean the word "p�tard"? Well, in argot (french slang) it does have different meanings:
1. ass
2. joint
3. noise
4. gun
But the first meaning is petard (same word as in english)
For Jumacfly "un m�ga p�tard" is to undestand as a big joint (see his avatar!).
