Topic: Does Keith play a sunburst swamp ash Strat much? Return to archive

morocco Hi. I'm interested in a particular swamp ash strat-styled guitar with a maple neck. Usually, Keith provides inspiration for my guitar playing. It would help if I knew that he plays this kind of guitar. It is also known as a "50s strat." Does Keith play it? I know of only one photo of him with one, any more/

Mathijs Keith played a '57 sunburst strat on the '72 and '78 tours, and on the '88 Winos tour. His Strat is alder though, not ash.

Mathijs
