CotchfordCat I have one.
It's not, however, my 'diary' or daily journal or anything like that. I think those blogs are as dull as fuck.
No; mine is a web version of a fanzine/ragmag kind of thing I used to put out with a few pals of mine.
It's hugely funny, if I do say so myself.
It's called "Cottage Hospital Bulletin".
Check it out: http://cottagehospitalbulletin.blogspot.com/

CotchfordCat .....Why do you ask, Factory Girl? Do you have one?
August 20th, 2004 10:09 AM
Factory Girl Hi, no, I don't have one yet.

There was a story in the Wash. Post about this chick who worked as a mail clerk on Capitol Hill. Anyway, this chick put all her escapades into her blog and named names of all her lovers (some were political appointees). This chick's blog caused a bit of a scandal here.

CotchfordCat Dozy cow.

Forgive my ignorance, FG, but I'm fairly new round here; Can you tell me: Are you a girl? I was able to figure out for myself that you weren't a factory, and of course it doesn't matter a damn one way or t'other; It's just that your username and your avatars caused a little conflict in my simple little brain!
Just askin', like. Excuse my cheek.

Is DC where you're from, then?
August 20th, 2004 10:37 AM
Factory Girl Hello, Cotchy and Welcome. Yes, I am a girl currently living in DC.

My handle is one of my fave Stones songs "Factory Girl" from Beggars Banquet.

CotchfordCat Thanks, FG. Hi, good to know you.

No offence, but I am well aware of where yer handle comes from! 'Beggars..' is my favourite LP of ANYONE'S, ever. I've heard a lot of records in my time, and I've honestly NEVER heard a better one...

Hey! Just thinkin', do you wear 'scarves instead of hats'? Ha ha..just kiddin'.

So anyroad; Did you check out my blog, then?
August 20th, 2004 10:55 AM
Factory Girl Yes, Cothcy, I "wear scarves instead of hats" and I "get drunk on Friday night"...lol

CotchfordCat Well....the lame jokes are all mine. The odd 'serious' articles are by 'Agatha Trevallian', our 'US Editor'.

Now that I come to think of it, she lives quite near DC.
I'm not exactly sure where, though.
