Topic: What sucks? ABBA? Return to archive
August 28th, 2005 08:27 AM
Ten Thousand Motels ABBA? Emotional Rescue? GITD? Bon Jovi? Someone asked the question on the ABBA thread if it was a joke. Well the answer is no. I was just making the point that it's not so bad to like some music that sucks. Everyone's entitled to a mistake...LOL...and everyone sneaks into the house once in awhile with their kicks in a brown paper bag. What's yours?

Ten Thousand Motels I'm kind of liking some of the old Ricky Nelson stuff. I think the poor sap got kind of a bad rap. I mean I'll admit that there is some odd genetics there in that family. The Kool Gene just didn't seem to take hold for some reason. It tried. I think it tried in Ricky.

Well no. I don't listen to "this shit" very often ... if your refering to Ricky Nelson. I'm just saying that sometimes kool hides on you under a rock and if you ain't looking for it you won't see it.
