All of this wine talk has got me thinking about those who have chosen " Sommelier " as their career .
Additionally , one of the reasons I became more interested in wine is that by sharing a nice bottle of Cabernet at home , one does not end up paying restaurant mark-ups . Thus , you can pay more attention to and a higher price for the wine that is put on the family dinner table.
