parmeda Voo...somebody should have at least given you an honorable mention for your academy award winning performance at MSG last fall. Singing to your shoe definately qualifies ya!

Tele...your Rat Pack boys Dino, Frank & Peter contributed their fair share, LOL!

And, have you ever been to a convent? Those nuns sport scotch flasks under their habits.

Moonie...I answered your PM. Did ya see it?

Mathijs How can Keith Moon be on top of the list? If drinking kills you, you're not really a good drinker are you then! I would say Shane McGowen is the best drinker of em all, he outdrinks Keith before ten in the morning.

A weighty tome ( over 1000 pages ) but it WAS my favorite book of all time until I finished " Master of the Senate " last month ( Another 1000 pager ) . The more I think about it , JFK's assassination was THE defining moment in our nations' history cause it brought about the " Watershed " Presidency of LBJ .

By the way , Caro's " Master of the Senate " just won the Pulitizer Prize . What ?!?!?!?! Oh sure , here ya go :

I can't believe we all forgot John Bonham

The Kennedy assassination was not the defining moment for the US, it was when the first episode of "Dallas" aired

I never realized there are two "asses" in the word assassinate

sirmoonie Bless you Joseph.

Bless you Moonie.

Hey Joey, I actually owned Two Sides of the Moon once. I saw it in a cut-out bin for 10 bucks. I brought it up to the cashier dude and said "I'll bet this has been here for years, I'll give you 2 bucks for it." He said "It has been here for years. It costs 10 bucks." So I gave him 10 bucks.
