funnynyc I saw the Stones in the '70s in Philly. I am trying to remember the date but am getting confused by what I see oline. The concert was general admission, 38 Special was one of the opening acts and I believe it was at JFK Stadium, but could be wrong about the venue. Does anyone know the concert date or even, just the year? It is driving me nuts that I can't figure this out. Also, do you know the full lineup of performers? THANKS!!

Gazza The only outdoor show the Stones played in Philadelphia in the 1970's was at JFK Stadium on 17th June 1978. The 1972 and 1975 shows took place at the Spectrum

Peter Tosh and Foreigner were the opening acts in 1978.

The Commodores opened in 1975 and Stevie Wonder in 1972
