scully Hello, apologies if this has been done before, but I am new to the board.

Does anyone have any info on the postcards that came with exile - specifically:

1. Did every copy have a set?
2. Who was/is Kendrew Lascelles, who is listed as the 'dialogue writer'?
3. The photos are by Norman Seeff - are there any photo outtakes, or have the photos been published elsewhere (book/magazine)?
4. Any details of when/where the photo session took place?
5. What's it all about?

Also can anyone recommend any good source articles etc on Exile - I've read all the well known ones (I think) but any suggestions would be cool.
