if its an EBU regulation, then surely it only applies to non-EC countries - of which,Finland is one. I'd imagine its still being broadcast elsewhere,most notably in holland

The funny thing is the national channel here in Greece featured a news report about an hour ago which said they will broadcast the show tomorrow at 23.00 (Greek time).
Judging by the situation, they probably forgot to replace the video on the news show and inform there's not going to be a broadcast - but I'm still hoping something might change until tomorrow; well, a girl can dream! |

The swedish text which was translated by HMPS above relates to the documentary of the three shows from munich which was being aired on the 20th of August. The amsterdam show wasnt being shown until the 23rd of August in sweden according to IORR reports. My understanding from that article is the documentary has been cancelled. It says nothing about the Live amsterdam show???
News to follow I guess but has HMPS got confused with the documentary on the 20th whcih they have canned

That's one good question. Also, Greek TV says it's on, they had the report last night as mentioned in my previous post, then they showed an ad for today's show, then the radio announced it this morning, saying it will broadcast tonight. So I guess it's on (?) Tell you what, another on/off like this and I'll lose my mind  |

I found another confirmation that it's supposed to be on, at least on greek tv: http://www.in.gr/news/article.asp?lngEntityID=477325&lngDtrID=253
Unfortunately, the article is only in Greek. It says that the Amsterdam show is going to be shown tonight, blah blah blah about the tour, when it started, where it has taken them and about the sold-out shows in England.
Patience, a 'to-be-or-not-to-be-on-DVD' decision comes first

There must have been some scandal that happened, i don´t believe the DVD reason, because the contract was signed long ago and the show was about to happen. They would not think a day before the broadcast ,"hey we don´t make enough money on the DVD if we broadcast this", common they put the St Louis on video and also the Miami show from 1994, both broadcasted! |
