corgi37 As well as the 4 promo clips, there was also a doco on the 75/76 tour. I recall groupies being interviewed, footage of jagger flying on his rope, the inflateable cock and interviews with lynrd skynrd. I havent seen it since the late 70's. What i wanna know is, is there any footage from the 78 tour? This seems to be the most forgotten of stones tours. Most books on the band give it a paragraph, at most. The fucking garage pissing incident gets more written about it. Which, i guess, is fair enough. I got a boot called "Garden state 78", and it rocks.

Sir Stonesalot GMF...Not saying that I don't dig the clips...I do...just mentioning how gayly gay Mick is in them.

Corgi...The '78 tour gets a bad rap IMO. Yes, they did some of their worst shows on that tour....but they also did some of their best shows too. Garden State 78 was one of those all time shows...Get your hands on Handsome Girls. It's my absolute fave boot. You can literally SMELL the cocaine. It's the most raw, maniacal, electricly charged, adrenaline rush boots ever made. I dare anyone to listen to that and tell me that Ronnie can't play.

stonedinaustralia there's one clip i've never seen but i have seen photographic stills captioned as being from the clip

it's for "aint too proud to beg"

it seems as if there's some sort of "in joke" going on between mick & keith as to who could come up with the most ridiculous pair of trousers

mick is prancing about in a pair of (what appear to be satin) knee breeches while keith is wearing these monstrosities that look like they've been made out of a picinic blanket by a seamstress (or is that a "seamperson" these days)whose previous best work was sewing up potato bags

anybody seen this?
